We are a new company providing Energy Performance Certificates and Home Information Packs for the East Dorset area.

HIPs (Home Information Packs) and EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) came into use on August 1^st 2007.

Packs including Energy Performance Certificates are now required for the sale of all domestic properties.

Dorset Home Inspector's accredited Domestic Energy Assessors can provide EPCs to clients within 5 days of instruction. Home Information Packs can normally be supplied within 10 working days
