HIPs (Home Information Packs) and EPCs
(Energy Performance Certificates) came into use on August 1st 2007.
Packs including Energy Performance Certificates are
now required for the sale of all domestic properties.
Dorset Home Inspector's accredited Domestic
Energy Assessors can provide EPCs to clients within 5 days
of instruction. Home Information Packs can normally be supplied within
10 working days
